of quality flats and we are very keen on buying our next
flat (to which we intend moving from Raheja Villa) from
yourselves. Besides Raheja Villa, we also own other flats
built by 3 of the most famous builders of Chennai. You would
therefore appreciate that we are quality conscious and are
