Akshaya Structurals marked the beginning of Chitty Babu's entrepreneurial endeavours in 1995. What began with just one Client gradually boasted some of the prestigious names within a decade.

 

THE NEXT STEP -1998
Having executed some of the most talked about projects, Akshaya forayed into the property development segment in 1998 under the banner of Akshaya Homes. Today, within just ten years since inception, the Akshaya Group stands tall with over 131 projects to its credit.

Another feather in the cap was added when the company became a Private Limited Company with the Akshaya Homes logo getting a registered trademark.


Keeping in line with our policy of transparency in transaction, Akshaya Homes went in for CRISIL rating in the month of April 2006 and were accorded the CRISIL rating DA3 which indicates a "Good" track record of the developer in executing real estate projects as per specified quality levels and transferring a clear title within the stipulated time schedules.

Akshaya Homes is amongst the select few Crisil rated organisation in the real estate space of Chennai.

And the road to success has just started. The company is all set to foray into the Commercial real estate development with quite a few projects lined up in the IT corridor including a state-of-the-art Shopping mall and is venturing into newer pastures of Bangalore and Coimbatore.
