THE FIRST STEP -1995
Akshaya Structurals marked the beginning of Chitty Babu's entrepreneurial endeavours in
1995. What began with just one Client gradually boasted some of the
prestigious names within a decade.
THE NEXT STEP -1998
Having executed some of the most talked about projects, Akshaya forayed
into the property development segment in 1998 under the banner of
Akshaya Homes. Today, within just thirteen years since inception, the
Akshaya Group stands tall with over 140 projects to its credit.

strict adherence to CMDA norms and absolute clarity of title…
ISO 9001 traits that differentiate Akshaya from the rest. And the testimony to this unflinching adherence to Quality and Transparency of the dealing is the fact that Akshaya Homes became an ISO_9001:2000 certified Company for QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS in 2004. Another feather in the cap was the ISO 14001:2004 certification conferred by Intertek , for complying with the environmental norms in construction.
Keeping in line with our policy of transparency in transaction, Akshaya Homes went in for CRISIL rating in the month of April 2006 and were accorded the CRISIL rating DA3 which indicates a "Good" track record of the developer in executing real estate projects as per specified quality levels and transferring a clear title within the stipulated time schedules.
Within a short span of 16 months CRISIL has upgraded our rating to CRISIL DA3+ signifying the progress made in the process improvement during this period.
Akshaya Homes is amongst the select few Crisil rated organisation in the real estate space of Chennai.
Another feather in the cap for our organization is the "Outstanding Builder
award" conferred on us by the Builders Association of India .Coming from our
peers this demonstrates our reputation as a developer par excellance.
